The scriptures tell us there must be opposition in all things, for without it we could not discern the sweet from the bitter. Would the marathon runner feel the triumph of finishing the race had she not felt the pain of the hours of pushing against her limits?

yep!

I said I would be sore and I was. I should have known that running 10 mi for the first time in a while was not smart. But it sure felt good at the time. Now my foot is paying the price.
It's been a crazy 3 weeks. A roller coaster of sorts, for many reasons. But life is much better now. I have been blessed beyond what I probably deserve. Saying that, again I'm thankful for my health and my family.
