No Flashing Required
Same 7 miles as last week, EXCEPT ten times better. No crazy drivers, dogs or aching legs. Just a smooth, easy run. Ahh, the joys of training. It does get easier. I'm not quite ready to do those 7 miles 2 1/2 more times but I will be.
